If we can’t get to the phone on the first few rings please leave us a voicemail and we’ll be happy to get back to you as soon as we possibly can. Or better yet, send us an email indicating your desired services, the stylist you prefer and a few days and times that work best for you.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and No-Shows leave gaps in the stylists’ schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice and prevent us from being able to accommodate other guests on the wait list for appointments. As a courtesy, we send a confirmation email or text 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice or no shows will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount. Appointments made within a 24 hour period, the client then must cancel within 3 hours of the appointment. Clients that cancel more than three times without 24 hour notice will be charged 100% of the service amount. Appointments are highly recommended, especially pre-booking your next appointment upon checkout. We offer a courtesy reminder call the day before your appointment, or you may opt to have an email or text message reminder. Prices and policies are subjected to change without notice.

Redo Policy

If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, our management team would be happy to consult the issue and come up with a solution together! Client redo’s will only be honoured if l.a.m.b. salon is contacted within 10 business days of the original service provided with the same stylist. The redo policy does not cover a change in the original style or color. l.a.m.b. salon will not be liable for color or haircuts that has been done outside of our salon. We gladly take Corrective Color clients after a consultation is done and a service plan is formulated by the stylist.

Refund Policy

l.a.m.b. Salon does not offer monetary refunds on services rendered.

TTC

We are conveniently located as a 3 minute walk from Bay Station! Exit Bay Station at Bellair Street. Walk North along Bellair and find the pathway on the West side of Anthropologie (please don’t get side tracked…. I know, I love that store too;) You’ll find yourself on Scollard Street right outside of l.a.m.b.

Street Parking

She does exist but she can be elusive at times. Ideal for hair cut appointments but not so much for any type of coloring services due to the limited time constraints. Scollard Street offers metered parking ($3/hr, 3hr maximum) on the South side of the street but please keep in mind that we are situated amongst 53 salons, 32 art galleries and 17 alteration boutiques (ok…. So clearly I’m exaggerating but you’ll get the point when you get there.) Hazelton Avenue offers free one hour parking and you will find metered parking along Avenue Road up until 3pm but don’t forget to factor in a 5 minute walk to Scollard Street.

Paid Parking

She’s abundant!!!! The most convenient is the Green P on the North side of Yorkville Avenue between Bellair Street and Bay Street ($3/30mins). You will exit in a courtyard between Yorkville Avenue and Scollard Street. Head North and you will find yourself right in front of l.a.m.b. The best value is found at the Green P on the South side of Yorkville Avenue, between Bay Street and Yonge Street right across from the Four Seasons Hotel ($2.50/30mins). And if you are in a pinch don’t forget the Cumberland Carpark on the South side of Yorkville Avenue between Hazelton Avenue and Avenue Road ($3.25/20mins) and of course there is always parking to be found underground at Yorkville Village.
